The Shadow Link (streetpass) battle music is great too in LBW. It's a remix of the old Temple theme from Adventure of Link (popularized by Melee). Seems Nintendo has an appreciation for their own music as well. XD
I wish the track was up yet, I would embed it.
Also, Hilda's theme is fantastic and Zelda's Lullaby is over 20 years old and overused, so I don't blame anyone for preferring the former.
