A game has to be higher than 27FPS, imo, to even be considered as such. There are alot of things that fall under the whole "graphics" tent and frames per second as well as resolution are two of them.

Imagine what KZ could look like if they cut the res down to 900p, drop the fps to 20-30, and made the game mroe linear and on rails....................
