Really... don't. I'm getting one, but it's basically for free. Also it's the "PlayStation Camera"
Here's what I think you can do with one
1) Use the move. Woo
2) Sony talked about options whereby it say the light bar on your controller and ensured that splitscreen splits would be on the right side. I haven't seen that in actual use, probably because nobody cares about splitscreen any more (though I did realise the other day that Uncharted 3 had it, well played Naughty Dog)

4) Webcam if Skype does come to PS4... It probably won't but you can use it for things like twitch if you want your face while streaming
5) Can use face recognition to log you in. The Kinect can apparently do this in the dark by infrared, but I don't believe the Camera can replicate it. I haven't seen any video of this feature, but have read things saying it works well
Not really sure what else. I don't have my PS4 yet though, so haven't tested any of these things out. I don't really believe its enough to justify £45 when you could buy an extra controller or game for that amount
