Also, please tell me you don't think there is not mroe going on in ryse as uncharted? Uncharted has massive draw distances, particle effects, and vaslty more vast moving parts then ryse with very large set pieces. Bullet trails, smoke, explosions,e tc.c...

Uh, I didn't compare them at all except to say both are "on rails, linear".

Also, seems I was exactly right.

You just directly compared them. last gen had way more limits, if it takes x1 a liited, on rails linear game sun 1080P and sub 30 FPS to impress.. yeah you get the point.

UC is also not on rails it has numerous open areas with alrge set pieces, with various landscapes with jungles, oceans, deserts, caves.

No he was saying last generation games like Uncharted and TLOU and Heavy Rain etc were all linear games. And praised for graphics. Praised over open titles like Mass Effect 2, Crysis 2 and 3 and Halo 4 to name a few. Admittedly DF said Halo 4 was right up there with them. But by your logic for not giving Ryse the prize should we not give Halo 4 the prize as best most advanced game last gen?
