If consumers are mostly interested in in short term software value (which they are not), people will consider PS3 or 360 over Wii U, like they did this whole year. They are cheaper than Wii U, yet on pair tech wise, they have better online infrastructure with a lot more active users and communities, have 100x bigger libraries comapred to Wii U, better HDD options, PS3 also has a free online and can read blu ray discs, so
