As far as I've heard, the models meteorologists use are very accurate in the long run but not that useful for shorter timespans. Not to say the math here is right. The first problem comes with the claim of 10x the power of PS3. To me, it seems pretty obvious that number is a best-case scenario picked out to make PS4 look as powerful as possible, ie. Sony may have picked an area where PS3 is weak and PS4 is strong. Obviously they can do that because '10x more powerful' is a very ambiguous statement.
