Perhaps, but we have to take into account that 3DS sales are increasing and yet to reach their peak, so with that kind of momentum for the system in all three major regions, I can't see Island Tour doing under a million this holiday. It might even out-sell Z:LBW. Not to say it would do so deservedly, but we have to keep in mind how many hardcore fans there are of handheld Zelda, vs. how many parents there are who would buy their kid a Mario Party game for their new handheld...

Mario Party is only in NA tthis holiday, EU and Jp early next year unfortunately
