Belive what you want believe but she was comparing Xbone to PS4... Xbone uses a Window 8 based OS.

It's not about believe - read the article on wikipedia. It is you who wants to believe it. The term "Windows 8" means desktop os. The Xbone OS doesn't have that name and a very specialized kernel and driver, like 360, ps3, ps4...

Really, if there would be soooo much overhead, Ryse wouldn't be possible on a system with so low specs.
