There's been some incredibly lazy tracking lately. CoD: Ghosts charted for XB1 last week and PS4 the week before, yet we don't have sales for either of them in those weeks.
Regarding Wii Party U, we work out Japanese sales by adding Media Create and Famitsu together and dividing by two (or thereabouts). This causes problems where one tracker includes download cards (Famitsu) and the other doesn't (Media Create). Especially when a digial copy of the game is bundled with a console for the week.
I'm hoping we'll get some clarification soon on how the site is going to handle situations like this, because right now things aren't working, imo.
