Persona 3 FES is on the US PS Store. I think Digital Devil Saga and SMT Lucifer's Call(SMT3/SMT Nocturne) is available on Europe PS store. You should get those games. They're better.
Persona 3 and Persona 4 are good too, but if you haven't played either one, I'd recommend playing Persona 4 the Golden on your Vita first. It's better than Persona 3, and if you happen not to like it, then you won't like Persona 3.
