Even that is not universally loved. Sacrificing easy camera control for faster aiming is a bad trade off for me. If your playstyle involves a lot of running around then turning corners with wiimote and move quickly becomes a chore. Even worse when free camera movement is removed like in Zelda, I find it very annoying that you can't look around anymore.

Thats true, but I think you would agree with me that both controllers are at least functional (in contrast to Kinect).

Yes I did finish the whole KZ3 campaign with move, I got frustrated with red steel on the wii though and in Resistance 3 I switched back to dual analog, too much running around for move use.

All 3 can be used for aiming, the problem with Kinect is you lose everything else. Plus sticking your whole arm out as opposed to resting the wiimote+ or move on your knee gets tiring quickly. So even if it's true that the lag is no longer an issue for Kinect 2, it's still the least ideal for aiming.
Exaggerated movements and gesture recognition will always have an inherent failure rate and body movement lag. Body movement lag is more realistic, yet it's not what people want in their games. See all the uproar over 150ms turning lag in KZ2. And I found the faster cars in NFS shift 2 unleashed unplayable due to input dampening (lag).
