That may be true but a nintendo with the strongest third party backing I think would Sony and Microsoft fearful
And I think using competitive hardware/graphics would actually attract third party support..
nintendo portables show this.. The third party support ran from vita.
For consoles graphics are priority but for a 4-5 inch screen portable not so much
