F.Scofield said: Nintendo sends to the stores, like sony is doing to ps4, they offer 12 months warranty from manufactor, the only "official" is xbone, cuz its being manufactured here, so does you mean ps4 costing 4000 reais in the stores are not official? cuz they are imported by the stores too, its not manufactured here
PS: Even without the discount, paying full price (1900 reais) its still 2100 reais cheaper than ps4, while they only have 100USD of difference, it shouldn't cost more than 2200 reais here, that's why i'm upset with sony, with all that talk they would try to bring ps4 for less than 1000 reais, then BOOM, its costing 4x more. |
Ok.
I will explain to you.
Before November: Wii U sold here was not official by Nintendo... the stores imported by themselves... so the price was below R$1500 and in some place close to R$1000.
After November: Wii U is now official by Nintendo (imported)... R$1900 with some deals to R$1800 or R$1700... the others Wii U in stores below R$1500 are stocks from the non-official importer (not Nintendo).
The non-official Wii U didn't have 12 months warranty but only what the store give to you (3-6 months).
I will use a non-official importer (Sony) to buy my PS4 like the Wii U was sold here before November... ~$2200.
Edit
This is the official Wii U (imported by Nintendo) here: http://www.submarino.com.br/produto/116575113/console-wii-u-black-deluxe-32-gb-game-new-super-mario-bros-u-e-new-super-luigi-gamepad
