The ram thing is feasible - onboard flash memory can be reclaimed for ram, and like the Wii Mote covers nintendo can send every Wii U owner a 32GB SD card to give them storage space back, boom.

the speed of the flash memory wouldn't be worth the effort to reclaim it as ram.
