Both Galaxy 1 and 2 only averaged a million each in Japan on an installed base that was orders of magnitude larger and furthermore Galaxy 1's first week sales were only about 20% of total sales. Let's wait and see.

If i can reason through Pavolink's defeatism, it might be that if Nintendo's attempts at making games to sell consoles are going to fail, they might as well just turn on the fan-service and go turbo-niche, a la the Neo Geo.
