Yes they are optional, but this is just flat out terrible. You are getting more for less the more you spend. It says 5000 w/ 3000 free which is a flat out lie. 5000 at .79 per 100 is NOT 64.99. It is 63.2 if you buy separate. If it truly was buy 5000 to get 3000 free then t should cost 39.50.

It is an issue that should be fixed.
