PS4 is quieter during bluray playback. Maybe you should re-work the title, since listing "idle, games/bluray" right before infers that the sound is also referring to those three things.
Anyway the power draw is less than the 360 slim and seems to be quieter too, so that's really great on Microsoft's part. Wish the standby was lower though.
