heh, just to check there. took my PC 1m 20 secs to cold boot a E5300 dual core pentium @ 2.60ghz running windows Xp SP3 with a http://www.expertreviews.co.uk/internal-hard-drives/167469/hitachi-deskstar-p7k500-hdp725050gla360 as my HDD got a usb 500gb seagate HDD for storage attached too.
Would find it odd that my not up to date PC at all boots 12 seconds slower than the X1. I guess a long start up time for Kinect2.0? because the Xbox360 boots in about 20-30 secs unless you go by how long it takes for the kinect to finish saying "starting up" in the bottom right corner of the screen that would finish at around the 1m30s mark also.
