Yes, I do believe PC piracy affects multiplatform titles, or at least in some locations. I'll point how I didn't buy CoD4 for the PS3, but got it downloaded from the net. If it was a PS3/X360 exclusive I wouldn't have any choice but to spent my money on it...
I don't have a 360 for a similar reason- just about every good 360 game, comes for the PC (except Halo 3, I guess).
What I find the most weird is that you don't even seem delighted in piracy... like, how is that? :)
