What does Nintendo have to say? PC is easily more profitable than the Wii or DS (or any console). PC might have only 14% of retail market in US (10% in revenue), but it should have a close 30% in Europe, and possibly and even bigger chunk in Asia. And that is only if we're talking retail market, because there's still Direct Download and Subscriptions.
There are over 16 million MMO active subscribers (and keeps increasing), and if each payed 10$ every month, that would make a total of $2 billion revenue from subscription, with most of it being profit. $2 billion is twice more than the entire NPD PC retail in 2007, yet it's not being tracked. Same with DD sales.
