Yes, Laugh at the company that has 2000 locations in North America. The company that has been expanding while other retailers have been going bankrupt or closing locations. Like it or not, Target is a huge retailer

Glad to know that Target is on the rise. I certainly don't want to see another major chain go down (Unless it's Wal-Mart)
