That's exactly what Seece said.

I think the issue here is clarification.

It could be read as

"xbox one wont sell as much the next week because they will have mostly been sold the first week, so ps4 will obviously sell more"

or

"if amazon know ps4 has many more preorders, it's a given that any sales record xbox one sets, will be broken a week later"

personally, i assumed he was hinting at the first one, too, given the emphesis on "week after" and "that week"
