People are giving Sony kudos just for doing the bare minimum now? You are supposed to have your product replaced if it's defective.
And where is the proof of 1%? Even if true, doesn't it directly contradict the 0.4% figure Sony/people have been spreading around? So Sony admitted they are lying?

The actual quote says "less than 1%" which .4% certainly falls within so as of yet you can't call Sony liars for this particular statement.

That's one thing, the second is that the former statement was made like when? 15th or 16th Nov. So a couple of days passed, the number could change. Fallens post is either ignorant or cynical and trolling.
