Opinion is opinion. It doesn't matter who's it is or how many people share it. At the end of the day, it's still an opinion.
I don't care if every game reviewer fawns over a game and gives it tens across the board. Someone can still find the game derivative and/or boring. It's happened to me a number of times. And it works the other way around, too. Just because someone likes something that you don't, it doesn't mean they have "bad taste." It means they have tastes that differ from your own.
REVIEW SCORES MEAN NOTHING. Every intelligent person on Earth has figured that out over the years. Eventually, scores will be a thing of the past and all reviews will have to be read in full. Then, the stupid people will have to think for themselves and maybe become less stupid. Everyone wins.
