Love Zen Pinball on 3DS and I've put over 30 hours into the game. I also enjoyed Pushmo, FreakyForms, NightSky, Mighty Switch Force, Mutant Mudds, VVVVVV, The Denpa Men, Gunman Clive, Sakura Samurai, Dillon's Rolling Western, and Let's Golf 3D.
Most underrated 3DSWare? I'd have to go with Denpa Men or Let's Golf 3D (it helped hold me over from the lack of any recent Mario Golf title).
