well techniclaly he is right, it was NA not just USA.

Even if USA was only just over 50% of NA sales, he wouldn't be right. USA is actually closer to 90%

well it didnt sell 1million in the USA alone hence why he is technically right to say "I don't think so" even if only 1 unit sold in canada his statement would hold true as the number is for North America.

As I said it doesn't really matter as its a great number.
