Between my time in the military and my time at the university (I'm aware that college is more socialized) I definitely enjoyed the army and fellow privates the most. At the university (and college) there's so many academic expectations to live up to whereas the military life with all its physically hard work is just revitalizing. Many of your fellow privates become friends for life. |
You will definitely learn how to make decisions if you correctly cope with military lifestyle.
Also you will gain a new family that will want to succeed because you are an important part of a group that has to be functional.
