Your cousin'a a jerk if he did actually blocked you. Blood relatives are overrated, by the way. I think the best family is the one you make from the people you choose to be with. It makes sense to be upset, since it only just happened, but you're still young and have your whole future ahead of you. Cheer up :)
I liked the advice in the other thread. Making more friends is great. You should hang out with people around you who you have things in common with. I'm sure they're closer than it seems :)
