If they are able to achieve 60FPS then I would say it beats Forza. The thing is, the game was 30FPS and at E3 dipped way below. The last conference the game was locked at 30FPS so I am thinking that will be the FPS for this game. You can definitely do a lot more with the graphics if you target 30 instead of 60. I hope people understand that part, both games are probably doing different things and appealing to different markets. If you go for more eye candy then targeting 30FPS makes that much easier than 60.

DriveClub beats Forza by miles in the graphic segment. Only competitor right now is Project Cars if they pump somewhere near PC graphics out on the PS4 and One. A Game that doesn't have weather effects and other things isn't NextGen at all while others do it so nicely. GT5 and probably 6 are 1080p/60fps too and have all those things ON the PS3. Having less content,no weather effects, dynamic lightning on that level and other things with such powerful hardware is just poor. Forza is clearly rushed but they pump them out like CoD so it doesn't matter.Forza 8 at the end of 2014 will have some of the stuff from the other much better racing games. But its good to have GT and Project Cars in the Real Driving Simulator Segment and DriveClub and Forza in the Arcade Segment. Inb4 Forza = Sim - Yeah no...If you think so you were never in a real car.
inb4 Selnor crying like a little kid cause he can't accept Forza isn't a Sim Racer and not even anymore the best arcade Racer :D

Why don't we wait until drive club actually releases before making graphic comparisions. The whole reason the game did not launch with the PS4 is that it had a lot of issues needed to be worked out. I definitely like the lighting better within Drive Club but if that was the only thing that made a game good then we would not even have to play these games.
If the game is targeting 30FPS then you can add those extra things you are saying. As I stated if DriveClube can add all that extra graphical features and maintain a solid 60FPS then we are talking. If it has to drop the resolution down to 30FPS then its standard. The Forza developers are targeting a more responsive experience and the DriveClub is targeting more eye candy.
Calling Forza series rushed ?? So 3 games in 8 years is rushed (not counting horizon since it was done by another developer for a different purpose). Calling GT a sim is about as crazy as calling Forza. Last time I checked you could not use your car and ram other cars off the road with no damange like it was a bumper car. Actually Forza probably simulate a more sim experience than GT over the years.
but as I stated, if the game is locked at 30FPS then It should look better because the demands on the system is less.
