Fine then just find an SSHD with the fastest read and write speeds along with the lowest access times. (Trust me on this.)

It bothers me that manufacturers don't list the R&W speeds so I can't help you there. 

BTW cache has the least factor into harddrive performance but still go with the SSHD if you want.
