I dont understand people downplaying the ability of Nintendos franchises to sell systems. If you dont see Mario Kart selling Wiis. You probably wont argue against Mario Kart 7 selling tons of 3DS. Same with 3D-Land.
Nintendo is the biggest software company on this planet. In sum their IPs sell a multiple of Sonys IPs + MS IPs. Adding Nintendos IPs to either the PS brand or XBox Brand would completely disbalance the industry.
