The wii also met demand in Japan and Europe last year, it was only during the holidays when they ran out of stock. From reports of people on this site the wii is not selling out in Europe, this will allow them to ship more units each month to NA. Which Nintendo must account for when deciding if they need to up production.
I could see them raising production to 2.1mil each month to account for additional NA sales and japanese sales due to wii fit/brawl/mario cart but i doubt they will raise their production much higher then 2.1mil if they even raise it at all.
