Listen to your own words. Just because you have one system that struggles a lot in it's first year, directly BECAUSE you struggled to get enough games out on it in a steady fashion, does not disregard all the "home runs" you scored with previous consoles.
So no, sorry, you're dead wrong. I think Iwata is the right man for the job, I just think Nintendo as a whole focused too much on the 3DS at one point, and overestimated their ability to be able to finish games fast enough to get them out on Wii U. They are working to correct this, they will correct this, and in another year's time, all will be fine. So no, Iwata doesn't "need" to go anywhere. In fact, as I said, I think he needs to stay if nothing else, because he is unique i nthe gaming world, a big company head who actually had a background as a game developer, so unlike his contemporaries, he ACTUALLY understands the games, and gamers.

Nintendo's problem really isn't about making games fast enough. Their real issue here isn't appealing to what the market wants.
