I'm sure they can if they make it much cheaper than the competition, drop support for their consoles, spend $50M in the US to market (not make, just market) a kiddy franchise, they'll be able to do 3DS numbers.

that wont happen, not in todays market. Vita best thing now is a ps4 accessory with some good games here and there. Sony will dominate the home console market but handhelds Vita will be lucky to sell over 40mil lifetime.

Dont they have some kid franchises? that nintendog franchise (srry dont know name)

Of course that won't happen - how dumb would Sony be to drop the PS4 which will be the best selling system of next gen (handhelds included)?
