I'm sure they can if they make it much cheaper than the competition, drop support for their consoles, spend $50M in the US to market (not make, just market) a kiddy franchise, they'll be able to do 3DS numbers.

So drop the price of Vita to $99, abandon PS3/PS4 and spend $50 million in advertising for Vita Pets? I still think 3DS would still outsell it.

 

The above but also spend several other millions making an anime for Vita Pets. That would help the Vita outsell the PSP which in turn means outselling the 3DS.
