Also, Iwata was competent enough to make Nintendo literally billions of dollars with DS, Wii and now 3DS. I'd call that more than competent enough. Nice try though.

Not with the WII U they didn't! Just because you had multiple homeruns doesn't mean that you won't do poorly and this time nintendo handled the WII U poorly. Just like how sony got rid of ken kutaragi to improve the situation nintendo should do the same to iwata to improve the situation. Having a leader that only stagnates will only further make a company stagnate. Get rid of the management issues otherwise nintendo will never improve. Management issues are one the biggest reasons as to why a company will close down.
