A doctor/cop combination would be extremely powerful in a game with only 6 players.
—If there is a roleblocker, the roleblocker should come forward because he probably blocked scum.
—If there is a cop with a guilty scan, then he should come forward for similar reasons.
—If there is a doctor and a cop, coming forward would probably be a good idea even with a single innocent scan when there are only 6 living players.
Additionally, I'd be a bit surprised if the mod let the mafia "lose" a kill through inactivity because of how much it would affect the balance of the game with such a small town. But that is speculative.
