I wish I could say I wasn't noname.

I will probably join you soon enough in the subpar camp. It's a small miracle that I didn't lose a spot despite my disastrous week.

So the Packers have signed Matt Flynn. I hope he's still familiar with the Packers offense, so that he can play well in case he comes in. Tolzien wasn't too bad on Sunday, aside from that terrible throw that led to an interception in the endzone. And the upcoming schedule is easy enough to give this Packers team realistic playoff chances. The only actually tough game without Rodgers is going to be the one on Thanksgiving.

I'm grateful that the Packers have a running game for the first time in decades, but our passing game is heavily dependent on Rodgers' skill and timing rather than on sterling receivers. You're right that it's a softish schedule, fortunately, so I don't think we're out of it, but Rodgers' absence exposes just about all the team's vulnerabilities.

Alternatively, Clay Matthews' absences are when our defense shines the best...
