This game has characters with the name of different vehicle parts, now that I think about them... they also look a bit like vehicles.

The only game that comes to mind for me is Advance Wars, but I know that's wrong. Wasn't there a game for Geneis where people were named after vehicle parts? I want to say Gunstar Heroes, but I don't think that's it either.....

Handheld game, not a Sega game. Not a platformer either.

The game has a lot to do with rails of some sort.
