It have a useless OS... you can't to nothing without download the day one patch... it is like you download the OS.

It has an obsolete os, like we all knew before, as it has all the drm-stuff.

No MS confirmed it has no DRM even in the box, the OS is just not a complete one.

We will never really know as it is mandatory but I believe they "locked" the old firmware with the screen for mandatory update so people don't get to see the old firmware. And eh... Where did they say that?
