Depends really... If they were to have such an attachment, what would be stopping hackers from developing an emulator for PC to allow us to play ps3/360 games on our PCs?
And I don't think $60 will be enough asking price cause the main issue that there isn't any backwards compatibility is cause Sony went from Cell to x86 and MS went from PowerPC to x86 (I think) vs WiiU just went from PowerPC low power edition to PowerPC HD w/ Tablet edition (basically) and considering the amount of power needed for PCs to run wii and ps2 games at 720p and 30 fps... It would take the second coming of Jesus for ps4 and xbox 1 to emulate their previous generation consoles without asking at least 150+ dollars...
