As for your Rotom-W question: 

1) Rotom-W is one of the most useful pokes. Forget what everyone says about him being an electric type that's not weak to ground, that's not what he's for. He exists for one sole reason: To annoy the fuck out of everyone. When you face a Rotom-W you never know what you're up against. Staller? Disabler? Bulky? Attacker? Like Forrest Gump once said "Life is like a box of Rotoms, you never know what you're gonna get"

2) It's a goddamn washing machine that can kick the crap out of pokemons that supposedly can rule the world single handedly. - Bolded for sheer awesomeness .
