Than other games? For example, FIFA 13 sold 14.5M. AC3 sold 12M. CoD usually sells 20M. Very few games sell that much.

Than 'other' games maybe, but not more than the games being discussed. For example, Mario Kart Wii sold 33.84M. NSMB sold 29.12M/26.83M, that's not even mentioning the 'Wii ____' games (because they had bundles).
Very few games sell that much, but we happen to be talking about the ones that do.

Those Wii games were a one-off. Nintendo won't get those numbers again. Just look at NSMBWiiU.

Doesn't matter, No console or handheld will reach ps2/DS again but it can always be successful !!!

Of course - it just won't be as big as the games I mention - which also happen to be handicapped because they aren't Japanese.
