You have a 4 IV roselia? if so I can give you a Icysnow vivillion for it.

Got 3 Roselias with 5 IVs (31 on everything except Atk) + Poison Pint&Timid (two male, one female) and one female 4 IV (except Atk and Def) + Natural Cure&Timid. Which one do you prefer?

A male with 5 IVs, I can use an ability capsule. I'm going online right now... wait, does it have spikes, leaf storm and sleep powder? if not, nevermind...
