Zelda easily.
If "X" is as good as Xenoblade Chronicles then that franchise could wind up tying the Zelda series for me.
Since Xenoblade isn't a "franchise" yet, my list would look like this currently:
1. The Legend of Zelda series (Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess, Skyward Sword my top 3 currently)
2. 3D Super Mario series (Super Mario 64, Super Mario Galaxy 1, and Super Mario 3D Land my top 3 currently)
3. Mario Kart series (Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart 7, Mario Kart Wii my top 3 currently)
4. Super Smash Bros. series (Melee, Brawl, 64 top 3 currently...duh!)
5. The Core Pokemon RPG series (Gen 1, Gen 6, Gen 2 my top 3 currently)
Donkey Kong Country, Kirby, Star Fox, and Kid Icarus would be next, probably in that order. If Intelligent Systems makes another game comparable to Fire Emblem: Awakening then the Fire Emblem series would probably enter my top 5 in the number 3 spot, so here's hoping. Also, the Paper Mario series used to be in my top 5 but after Super Paper Mario and Sticker Star it has fallen off. Here's hoping they can make another game like the first 2.
