Geil is extremely cheap, having 4 gb of those is not impressive. They also tend to not run properly below 2.0v. Don't reset your bios ever the unless you know how to change it.
A AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ is ancient in pc terms.
Keyboard is ok, mouse sucks balls if you want some serious gaming.
8600 GT, wtf? Low end card for such a price?
I suggest taking your money, look for an online store and put a pc together yourself. If you can plug in cables, read a manual and put a few screws into a case it's the way cheaper solution.
Short summary, that pc sucks.
