Especially when WatchDogs is just expected to sell 6.4m

That is 6.4m on:
-PCs
-4m WiiUs (remember ZombiU had an installbase of 0 WiiUs)
-PS4
-X1
-160m PS3 and 360 consoles.

So you expect a low budet title on a single console to sell 1m? (because 500k is not even close)
But then you expect a high budget title like WatchDogs to only sell 6x that much on ~160m PS360s + 4m WiiUs + PC +X1 +PS4?
