I also thought we'd get an expansion revolving primarily around the Alliance/Horde conflict, with a slightly heavier focus on PvP than before (although I guess that's what Mists was sort of trying to do, they just accidentally the whole Warcraft universe with the totally incongruous addition of Pandaria), but other than that, that list you have there is pretty much what I expected to see as well.
Furthermore, I thought that the fourth expansion could've, instead of adding another continent, focused on fleshing out Northrend and Outland, maybe adding some new, relatively low-level zones as well. (because having to go through Hellfire Peninsula every time you hit level 60 eventually starts to get on them nerves a lil' bit)
But yeah, that's pretty much just a big bunch of what-ifs. This does actually look like it could interest me, but getting to that point would mean mowing through two entire expansions worth of content that really doesn't, so... yeah, afraid not, definitely not with that subscription fee still in place. At this point I'm just hoping that the storyline can still be salvaged into something decent. But I think that ever since they made Caverns of Time a major part of the plot in the Cataclysm end-game, it's become such a mess of time travel and mysteeerious Old Gods that are apparently behind everything, that if we ever do see another Warcraft RTS (I have faith!), it'll have to take the route of straight-up reboot in order to make any kind of sense without having rely on stupid amounts of exposition.
