I've seen lead sets with: Spikes, Water Shuriken, Dark Pulse and U-Turn. It's much better if you have a Protean Greninja though. Since using Spikes turns him to Ground type (immune to Electric) and Water Shuriken turns him back to Water and it has priority. Edit: Actually I think it's better to go with Hydro Pump since he's super fast anyway.

I haven't tried the set but it looks like a nice lead set.

 

If you want a sweeper go with: Hydro Pump, Dark Pulse, Ice Beam and U-Turn.

Yup hes protean. Hes become one of my favorites that ability is awesome.
