Mmmmm, 176 GFLOPS is certainly more or less in line with the power consumption of the Wii-U, really, assuming a reasonable but still unknown ammount is used by the processors out of the 33W the console consumes under load. Either way, we knew it for ages already - don't know exactly why this is being posted again. In the end of the day the console is weaker than the PS360, but with a more modern GPU architecture, and also not memory starved. No more and no less.
Still, does it really matter? There are more important things. As they say, the Wii U tracks below the Gamecube and nobody blinks an eye, but tell people it's weaker than the PS3 and everybody loses their minds.
